Signature Massage is a goal-oriented, deep tissue massage treatment, specially tailored to each client. It uses a combination of different techniques (trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, breath work, stretching, joint release) to address specific muscular issue and condition. This treatment is effective in addressing any injuries, headache/migraine, persistent muscular tension or repetitive strain injury (RSI). The treatment aims to restore mobility, functionality, relieve pain symptoms, calm the nervous system, relieve stress, and support overall healing and well-being.

As this is a targeted treatment and is carried out based on the individual, it is not a whole body massage. If you would like this treatment and you prefer a full body massage, please book a 90 mins session or longer.

A nourishing and deeply relaxing massage to support the pregnancy journey. It helps to address any pregnancy-related issues such as shoulder or back pain, water retention, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety and insomnia. Using a firm pressure, pregnancy massage is still a gentle treatment which helps to relax the muscle tissue. You will come away feeling lighter, more relaxed and rejuvenated. Pregnancy massage is carried out in a side-lying position. *Pre-Natal Massage is ideal from week 13 (2nd trimester) onwards.

*Only organic, non scented, quality sweet almond oil is used.

Deshana has really magical hands. She is the first one that massages my body where I can completely drop out of my head and into my body as I am quite an over thinker. Especially during massages my head goes spinning but with her I completely relax. This isn’t just a massage, this is a reset. I had so much tension in my shoulders and neck and after 1 massage it is completely gone, better than any other physiotherapist could ever do. My body feels amazing and so much better.

I was having extreme back pain and locked muscles due to walking around with baby strapped to me a little too long. She was able to release the tension and allow my back and side muscles to release.

She was able to tailor the session to what my body needed.

Just had a super relaxing 60 min massage by Deshana :) She was super friendly and payed a lot of attention to pain points in my body. I could tell she was very knowledgeable which made me feel extra comfortable. Her space is also very calm and relaxing which I find important. Will be coming back!

Deshana is a master of her craft! I booked a session with her while on holiday in Amsterdam and would totally come back to see her. She's super kind and caring and very skilled in what she does.
